February is here!

February. Sleepy, chilly, laid back... Right?

Not quite! February 2018 is full of great events around town and at the bakery!

We want to THANK YOU ALL for a great January. It was a little crazy, with 2 snow events, school closings, the new bridge debacle... umm... excitement, and then the wonderful article that came out about our bakery and classes. We sort of expected a quiet month, but we are thrilled that you came despite the craziness, and made it a wonderful month instead.

Coming up in February, we've got all kinds of things happening: Super Bowl 52 (I'm not doing all that Roman numeral stuff!), Mardi Gras/Fat Tuesday, Valentine's Day, a featured cake at the Dancing With Our Stars event, Mardi Gras on Middle Lane, and a couple of our very popular classes. If you're looking for Valentine's gifts, we've got a unique selection of handmade items for your favorite valentine!

We've added an Events page to this website, as well as a new Education page dedicated to our classes and something NEW: in-home lessons and demonstrations! You can do these in-home lessons and demos by yourself one-on-one, as a couple or family, or with your favorite group of friends. We can even fully cater your event! We believe everyone can learn to cook and bake, and we want to help you create great meals for your family and friends. Who knows, you might just catch the bug like we did! You're never too old to learn. :)

We've got more great things in the works for March and April, including a cake decorating class, another artisan pizza classes, a multi-vendor pop up event, the opening in spring of our outdoor seating area, finally getting our espresso machine hooked up so we can offer your delicious coffee specialty beverage, Easter fun, and Bites & Blues!
